WhatsApp is our single contact channel for all enquiries and bookings. Use the button on this page to chat with us between 9:00 and 23:00 GST any day of the week. We respond within 15 minutes to answer questions, check live availability across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats, and issue booking confirmations. To secure a date, a 30% deposit is required, as we do not hold calendar slots without payment. All listed rates include 5% VAT, fuel, captain, crew, insurance, towels, soft drinks, and ice. If severe weather prevents sailing, we reschedule your trip or issue a full refund.

To receive an accurate quote quickly, send us your preferred date, estimated start time, charter duration, and total guest count. The minimum rental duration is 2 hours, with vessel capacities reaching up to 90 guests. Let us know if your departure point is Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour, or if you require optional extras. We can add water sports such as jet skis or flyboards, fishing tackle, catering, BBQ menus, bar service, live music, decorations, or car transfers to your booking. Guests are also welcome to bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, without paying any corkage fees.

On the day of your charter, head directly to your assigned berth at either Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Detailed slip coordinates and captain contact details are provided via WhatsApp once your booking and 30% deposit are completed. You do not need to show a passport or personal ID to board our vessels. Your charter includes a licensed captain and professional crew, along with life jackets, towels, fuel, ice, and soft drinks. Plan to arrive at the marina slightly ahead of your scheduled start time so your group can board smoothly and depart right on time.
