Party Yacht Hire Options in Dubai

Choosing the right vessel for a group gathering depends on your total head count and preferred deck space. Qasba Waters maintains 40 suitable boats out of our 88 fleet vessels for private events, ranging from 53 to 164 ft in length. Smaller groups often prefer compact motor craft or arrange a small boat hire in Dubai for intimate family outings, while larger parties use our spacious multi-deck vessels. Our largest capacity accommodates up to 75 guests comfortably across open dance decks, shaded flybridges, and indoor salon lounges. Every charter is completely private for your group, ensuring full access to all onboard spaces without sharing deck space with outside parties. Whether hosting a modest gathering of close friends or a major corporate milestone, our fleet offers flexible layouts designed for socializing, dancing, and dining along the coast of Dubai.

Reserving your date requires just a few straightforward steps handled entirely through our direct chat channel. You simply send us your requested date, duration, and guest count, and a manager will help you select a suitable vessel and route before issuing a payment link. A 30 % deposit paid up front securely locks the date on our calendar, as unpaid slots are not held. The remaining balance is settled before boarding. If adverse sea conditions prevent the trip from departing, you can select a new date or receive a complete refund. Planning ahead is recommended for weekend time slots, so clients looking to secure a 48 ft yacht rental in Dubai often lock in their preferred hours weeks in advance. Boarding requires no passport or ID check, allowing your party to step directly aboard your private motor craft in the city without delay.

Dining flexibility is a key advantage of private motor yacht charters in Dubai. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks, including alcohol, without paying any corkage fee. If you prefer turnkey service, gourmet dining can be pre-arranged through your manager. A full multi-course dinner served on board starts from AED 250 per guest, prepared and presented on deck. Electric BBQ grills are available on select vessels, allowing the crew to assist with preparing fresh meals while anchored off the coast. Whether you choose casual self-catering, bring your preferred beverages, or order custom dining menus, our flexibility ensures your party guests are well taken care of throughout the entire voyage.

Private motor craft provide versatile floating venues for milestones like birthdays, anniversaries, corporate mixers, and seasonal gatherings. Our team coordinates custom styling to match your vision, ensuring your event on the water in Dubai feels completely personal. Onboard decorations can be arranged before you arrive starting from AED 350, while candles and flowers set up on deck are available from AED 400. For birthdays or anniversaries, a celebration cake brought on board starts from AED 250. To capture key moments, a professional photographer on board can be added from AED 500 per hour. Whether you are hosting an intimate sunset gathering or organizing a corporate team evening, our private yacht rentals for parties and events combine personal service with high-end comfort. Every detail is arranged through the manager in chat prior to departure.

Budgeting for a private event is straightforward with our clear pricing structure. Our hourly charter rates range from AED 880 to AED 18,900 depending on vessel size and craft specifications, and VAT is already included in every quoted rate so nothing extra is added at checkout. Because every boat party price is quoted transparently upfront, guests enjoy their time without hidden surprises. Rates cover the private craft, experienced captain, marine crew, fuel, and standard ice and water. There is no corkage fee on board, meaning you can bring your own food and drinks freely. Water sports add-ons such as jet skis, flyboards, seabobs, or towables can be added to your booking upon request through your manager. This clear system lets you plan your Dubai yacht party price accurately while securing a dedicated private motor craft.

Taking your celebration onto the water provides front-row views of the shoreline architecture and skyline highlights. Departures begin at Dubai Harbour or Dubai Marina, placing your private party cruise instantly beside popular waterfront sights. Standard itineraries glide past the high-rise towers of JBR, loop near Bluewaters beside Ain Dubai, and navigate around the outer crescent of Palm Jumeirah. Longer charters allow extra time to anchor near the iconic Burj Al Arab for photos. During daytime trips, anchor stops let your group enjoy swimming in calm gulf waters. The gentle motion of our motor craft makes a cruise rental for a party both relaxing and scenic, giving guests a memorable perspective of the coast. Route adjustments can be discussed directly with your captain upon departure to fit your party's schedule.

Setting the right tone for a celebration requires excellent sound and media options. Our party craft feature integrated sound systems with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to stream your own playlists directly across deck zones. For larger celebrations in Dubai, add-on services can include arranging live music setups, saxophonists, or resident DJs with professional sound equipment. Projectors and presentation screens can also be set up for corporate speeches or media slide shows. Furthermore, custom party packages and styling—including drone filming and photographer services—can be arranged through your manager prior to departure. The spacious open decks of our larger motor craft provide ample room for dancing, ensuring your event has the energy and sound performance you desire.

Relaxing completely during your event is easy because every voyage is managed by a licensed captain and professional crew. Guests do not need any personal boating experience or license to charter our motor craft in Dubai. The captain handles all navigation, maritime safety, and local routing, while deckhands assist with guest comfort, serving ice, and managing safety equipment. If you wish to incorporate fishing into your daytime cruise, our crew can set up rods, tackle, and bait ready on board for AED 150. Having your catch cooked on board can also be arranged for AED 150. From docking to managing anchor stops for swimming, our team ensures your charter runs smoothly so you can focus entirely on celebrating with your guests on the open deck.
