Booking conditions
These terms govern every charter booked with Qasba Waters across our fleet of 88 yachts and boats departing from Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. We operate with transparent conditions, fixed inclusions, and zero hidden fees. All arrangements, confirmations, and schedule adjustments are handled directly through the WhatsApp button on this site.

Securing your charter date
Charters run for a minimum of 2 hours, with hourly rates ranging from 600 AED to 18,900 AED including VAT. A date and vessel are confirmed only once the 30% deposit is paid; we do not hold dates without this deposit. To check availability or reserve any of our 88 yachts and boats measuring 33 to 164 feet, message our team using the WhatsApp button on the page. We reply within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily to confirm booking details and coordinate departure times.
Weather disruptions and date changes
If bad weather prevents sailing, you will not lose your charter. When conditions do not allow departure, we offer two direct options: we move the charter to another mutually agreed date via WhatsApp chat, or we refund the payment in full. The guest chooses between the reschedule and the refund. We monitor conditions daily, and any communication regarding weather concerns is handled directly in the WhatsApp chat so you have an immediate, written record of changes.
Coverage and operational safety
Every sailing includes marine insurance covering the vessel, crew, and all guests aboard. All voyages are conducted under the authority of our licensed captain and professional crew, who manage all navigation and maritime safety equipment throughout the trip. Guests have access to provided life jackets at all times. All standard vessel operations, fuel consumption along the agreed route, and mandatory safety provisions are incorporated into the quoted charter price, with VAT already included across all fleet rates.
What is permitted on board
Guests may bring their own food and drinks on board, including alcoholic beverages, with no corkage fee. Every charter accommodates up to 90 guests depending on vessel size and includes a licensed captain and crew, fuel, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. No passport or ID is needed to board our vessels. Additional services such as catering, BBQ menus, fishing tackle, water sports, DJ equipment, decorations, and car transfers can be arranged on request prior to departure through our chat.
Essential facts
What happens if adverse weather stops our trip?
If weather conditions prevent our yachts and boats from sailing safely, you decide the outcome. You can either pick an alternative date that suits you via our chat, or receive a complete refund of your payment. We settle the arrangement directly over WhatsApp.
Can I receive a refund on my booking deposit?
Your 30% deposit confirms your reservation. If your charter cannot proceed because the weather does not allow sailing, your payment is fully refundable if you choose not to reschedule. For other circumstances, discuss your booking details with our team via WhatsApp.
Are outside refreshments and alcohol permitted?
Yes. Guests are welcome to bring all their own provisions, including meals, snacks, and alcoholic beverages. Qasba Waters never charges corkage fees. We also supply complimentary ice, soft drinks, and towels on every vessel, with optional bar and catering services available on request.
